Welcome in . . .

It is a wild time to be a human being on planet earth. Loss and trauma are pervasive and there seems to be a necessary fluidity that can easily put us off-balance and cause discomfort.  While talk therapy is an invaluable support service, there are pathways and approaches to wholeness and ease that can dig deep and efficiently to access comfort and healing.

As a music therapist, sound worker, and grief guide, I support adults of all stages of life and levels of wellness who are seeking healing, comfort and ease through evidenced-based music interventions, the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music (BM-GIM), counseling, nature connection and sound work in a safe and supportive space. I specialize in grief work and end of life, and also support well adults. I believe every human being is whole and has a well of resources. I seek to help my clients unearth their strengths, inner wisdom, inner and outer resources, and find resolution and comfort at any stage in life.

Take a peek at the services I am currently offering . . . .
