Services

These are my specialties and the outcome of many years of training, education and experience. While they are listed separately, they certainly don't have to be isolated. I am drawn to using whatever method is appropriate in the moment. Music is at the core of what I do.

I have been walking side by side with individuals facing terminal illness, along with their loved ones, since 2008. I try to help my clients find pathways to comfort and ease through presence, deep listening, and through music in its many forms using evidenced-based practices and client's personal connections. I have a passion for legacy and affirming and celebrating life story through legacy work.  I honor individual experiences, cultural and gender identities and celebrate strengths in the moment within a safe and supportive environment.

Each session is one of a kind, personalized and may unfold in many different ways depending on the focus and methods used.

I provide in-home and virtual sessions to individuals with terminal diagnoses, as well as grief & loss support to loved ones.

Bereavement/Grief Support Circles can also be arranged.

Finding our way through these complicated times can be overwhelming and unclear. The Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music (GIM) can offer a guiding light to illuminate the maps of our inner world and lead us to wisdom and comfort in our experience of the outer world.

GIM is a music- centered consciousness expanding approach to transformational therapy. It employs very specific selected sequences of music that evoke imagery and support exploration of layers of consciousness. In GIM, the music serves as a catalyst and container for imagery that can allow one to access and explore the human experience on a profound level. GIM offers a deep experience that can lead to personal understanding, self-love, freedom, and trust in your own inner compass.

A sound bath (also: sound healing, meditation, therapy, journey . . .) is about experiencing vibration and frequency to affect change within your inner landscape. The vibrations engage the parasympathetic nervous system which in turn promotes healing. I use quartz crystal bowls, voice and sometimes other sound makers to encourage balance, calm, recharge, and unblocking.  The vibrations they offer are persuasive and they can entrain the body's energy centers into greater balance, detoxify, restore and transport. The experience is holistic and can stimulate  physiological, psychological, emotional, cognitive, social, and spiritual responses. This sound immersion experience can open neural pathways and lead to creativity, insight, relaxation and bliss.

Workshops, Retreats & Events

I do offer workshops, retreats and special events. I often do this in collaboration with various skillful facilitators, space holders, teachers and healers.  Each event tends to be unique with different experiences but at the root of all the events I co-create is self-love, healing, and building community and resources.
